Off Road Triathlon 2-Day Skill Camp

This new camp will be geared towards a large spectrum of abilities; everyone from the seasoned racer to the potential first timer will find the program to be an achievable challenge with numerous benefits.  This camp will focus on the mechanics of each component (Swim-Bike-Run) and the techniques used to efficiently transition from one to the other.  In addition to Ian and Eric’s own experience, campers will have special topics from UVM swim coach Gerry Cournoyer, Green Mountain Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine’s Andy Bowen and Eric Elsinger and UVM exercise physiologist Declan Connolly. This camp is also designed help prepare participants for the upcoming XTerra Triathlon at Indian Brook Reservoir in Essex, VT.
